Biblical Instruction at Christ the King Church
Christ the King Church offers Sunday School classes in specific sessions from 9–10AM.
These classes are another fantastic option to connect people like you into our church family and to help you grow in your understanding of God and His Word! Throughout the year, different classes will be available and will be announced at the beginning of each term.
We typically offer one or two adult classes at a time. One class is taught in the Spurgeon Hall, which is located in the Commons area next to the main sanctuary. If we offer a second class, it will be taught in the Tyndale Classroom, located downstairs in the office wing at the far end of the Fellowship Hall. You may also join a class at any time.
Current Classes (Spring Term, through June 14)
Adult: Government and the Christian Citizen — What are our duties to the governing authorities today? How and when should Christians resist governing authorities? What sort of government should we work and pray for?
Adult: The Ten Commandments — The 10 Commandments teach us how to love. The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul, and it is a lamp unto our feet.
Children: The Book of Judges — God's Unending Faithfulness — The Book of Judges tells the same story over and over: a people who forget God and a God who remains faithful anyway.
