Young Adult Sunday School - Apologetics

Starting June 21st, we will begin hosting a Sunday school class for young adults on apologetics taught by Michael Dendler. We will be covering principles and strategies of Christian apologetics, as well as studying Biblical defenses against other major religions and worldviews. We will also have a few outings scheduled for fellowship during the Summer. This is a great way to get to know others in the church, and to learn how to better evangelize those around you! If you would like to participate, please register for the class, as well as a luncheon to kick the class off in the fellowship hall June 14th. New Member Class

Becoming a member of a local church is an important step toward maturity in Christ. This class covers CTK’s mission statement, the “whole gospel,” and the five core identities we have as Christ-followers: Worshippers, Learners, Family, Servants, and Witnesses. This course is the beginning point for the membership process at Christ the King Church. If you have not yet been baptized, this class will offer a baptism class immediately following the New Member Class.

Baby Dedication

Baby dedication is an opportunity for us as a church to commit together to partnering with parents as they raise their children to love Jesus. Although parents have the responsibility to train their children and pass on their faith, this is not something that they have to do alone. Our church family has a responsibility to assist and equip parents, but not to replace them. This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to visit! Register by July 5th.

The CTK School of Ministry is a three-year certificate program for men of Christ the King Church. Year One begins August 19, 2026, with classes on Wednesday evenings from 6:30–8:30 PM. The program requires approximately 7 hours per week (2 hours in class, 5 hours of reading and assignments). Tuition is $100 per class plus the cost of required books.
